  • Personal Information

  • The information in this field will be seen publicly. You can inform readers of your sports background and your passion for sports, along with your career goals. Also, you can promote yourself: tell readers about your website or ask them to follow you on Twitter. OCS reserves the right to edit your bio for content.

Here is an example of an excellent biography: I’m a student at the University of Louisville pursuing a degree in Sport Administration. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved sports. I played football, basketball and baseball in high school. Then college came and I wasn’t as physically gifted enough to play at the collegiate level, so I became a sports writer. Covering college sports is what I love to do. My favorite teams are the Louisville Cardinals, Miami Dolphins and Cincinnati Reds. When I'm not working, covering a sporting event or studying, I love to read and stare at the stars. Follow me on twitter @B_Higgins62.

  • Will you be seeking an internship to earn college credit? We welcome students who wish to earn college credit through an internship. Selecting this option will require additional paperwork to be completed by you and/or the internship coordinator at your school.

  • To apply, you must submit a sample of your work. If you don’t have any sports-related samples, provide the best example of your talent (for example, submit a recent paper you wrote for a class). The following file formats are allowed: doc, docx, jpg, gif, png, pdf.
